The Intros played a hard fought game on Saturday, November 18th vs the Bayside Raiders. The game saw a lot of exciting plays from both teams. However WR Curtis Smith stole the show when he went from receiver to defender and stripped the ball from the Bayside DB, who made an interception, and scooped up the ball and ran 35 yds for a TD. The Skyhawk defense played hard vs the Raiders in the closing minutes and thwarted any chance for a comback. Final score SKYHAWK Intros 14 - Baysdie Raiders 12 This marks the first time in nearly 12 years that the Skyhawks have multiple Championship teams in the same yearimage

What do Mary J. Blige, Mariah Carey, Jay-Zee, Michael Jackson, Will Smith, NAS, Noreaga, Destiny's Child, Cam'ron, and the late Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac Shakur have in common? Their music has been influenced by the work of top producer Samuel "Tone" Barnes Former QB/WR Samuel Barnes (Skyhawk '82) along with his partner, Jean Claude "Poke" Olivier are better known as THE TRACK MASTERS. In addition to their cutting-edge production division, they formed TRACK MASTERS RECORDS which has a roster of artists such as DJ extraodinaire Kid Capri, 50 Cents and the trio Blaque. Among his other duties, he is Executive Vice President of Interscope Records and the Executive Producer and Vice President of TRACK MASTERS ENTERTAINMENT which is a collaboration with noted executive Steve "The Commisioner" Stoute. Sam has also given back to his community by starting the Staten Island Hurricanes football program. He chose the team colors of ORANGE and Green to show his support of the SKYHAWK program. ORANGE is always in his heart. We wish Samuel all the best in his future projects!!!!!!image
